In our Previous Post  we said Sampling a music is not ILLEGAL but how ever you must get permission from the owner . Most often both parties talk and agree before anything is done .  “Last Last “ by Burna Boy has been topping chats globally and generating the African Giant a fortune .   So why is American singer Tony Braxton getting 60% of everything that Burna Boy makes from that song ? Burna Boy’s “Last last “  is a sample of  “Tony Braxton’s  “ He wasn’t Man enough “ released 12 years ago . Burna Boy agreed to give her 60% of everything he makes from the song and that’s how they arrived at a deal .  So if Burna Makes $100 from Last last , Tony Braxton gets $60 and Burna gets $40 .
