Most often we talk so much about the world not paying attention to our content . We often think the world is ignoring us or not wanting to give us a spot in the entertainment market . The Big Question is , what are we really exporting to the world ??

On a Post made by Jovi on his Facebook page , he mentioned that we lack information on a lot of things and our first Goal should be Best or highest Quality .
What is the Quality of our music ? How is our production like ? Do we have the best producers ? Best recording studios and equipments ? How are our songs like ? You might have a great song but if the production is poor , it might not get to a certain level . Production wise can CAMEROON stand Nigeria ? It’s a no . Can they stand Ghana ? It is almost a No . In 2017 , Jovi’s 16 wives album was reviewed by one of the world’s renowned music magazine and it was among the best 30 albums released world wide . This is Quality . This is a magazine that knows almost everything about music and if they place your Album on the 30th position world wide then your music is good . This is what we should export . Best Quality or highest Quality . If we do the normal things . We will get lost in the crowed and we won’t go anywhere.
What is the Quality of our Music Videos ? We can compare only with Ivory Coast , Gabon , Congo and other CEMAC countries . That’s why at times for MTV Base to accept a video from CAMEROON , there must be a bit of French in it . In that way they compare it to French countries whether they can broadcast. If it is purely English , they will compare it to Nigeria , South Africa and Ghana and it will be below level and they might not pick it . Our music videos are still poor ,some have poor coloring , no story line and shot on poor Cameras . Is this the Quality we want to export ? How then do we stand out ????
If truly we want to go Global , highest or best quality should be our first goal then we work on getting the right information on how to get it out there . If we have the best or highest Quality then employ the services of experts on marketing and distributing our content , we are definitely getting a spot in the Global Market .
Richard Bona once said “ There is a level that you get that people can’t resist you .sometimes you need to raise the bar so high that others won’t be able to touch it . “
Let’s work on the best or highest Quality . That should be our first Goal truly .
